User agreement

Art. 1 General Principles

1. Any use of the web-based PPR (Prior Permission Request) system automatically implies acceptance of the present user agreement.

Art. 2 Scope and Definitions

1. The present User Agreement is applicable to all users of the web-based PPR system.
2. A user can be either a handling agent or an operator.
3. The web-based PPR system is administrated by Geneva Airport Authority (AIG).

Art. 3 Rules

1. The user agrees to the following binding terms:

1.1 The user attests to the fact that all the information he puts into the web-based PPR system is truthful and complete.

1.2. He agrees not to enter more than one single reservation request per flight. It is forbidden to make recurring reservations.

1.3. Delivery of an airport slot (PPR permission) does not guarantee aircraft parking space at Geneva International Airport.

1.4. Delivery of an airport slot (PPR permission) does not guarantee the obtaining of an ATC slot (if required). If an ATC slot is given and does not fit the airport slot then it has the higher priority provided that it was obtained on the basis of a flight plan filed in accordance to the airport slot.

1.5. Delivery of an airport slot (PPR permission) does not override the night ban rules and other restrictions that the user is subject to.

1.6. All information given by the system should only be used for the purpose it was intended for. The information is based on estimated planned runway capacity taking into account the reservations already received from the other operators. Geneva International Airport cannot be held responsible for any unforeseeable parameters and their consequences.

1.7. Any changes must be notified to AIG as early as possible in particular for the cancellation of an airport slot that will not be used.

1.8. The user agrees to use the web-based PPR system in an appropriate manner only.

Art. 4 Sanctions

1. In case of abusive use of the system, the administrator reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation and to take any appropriate action (such as refusing access to the web-based PPR system etc.).
